Servers not friendly. Portions small for the price. Would not recommend.

Panang curry and thai iced tea is all I need in the world, and theirs is delicious.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. They were attentive and timely with our requests. Food was delicious, we had spring rolls, Pork Phad Thai, Chicken Panang Curry, and Beef with Orange Sauce. We will be returning in the future.

Came from near Seattle with 8 Thai restaurants near me. This may be the only Thai place in town but it's still great food.

Great food. Great atmosphere. Could use better service. Till today we hadn't been to this restaurant in a couple years. It's still as good as it used to be!

Went in here to order takeout and we had to leave because the whole place had an extremely off-putting smell for some reason

The food at this place is great, and you can tell they really care about their aesthetic. But I've heard rumors from former employees that they don't treat their female workers very well.

The best Asian food in Ellensburg by far. Lovely atmosphere, fast service, amazing menu.

The food was not very flavorful. The peanut sauce is super watered down. The pad thai tastes like something that comes from a box. Way sub par, very disappointing. The waitress was wearing a degrading costume and her attitude said she'd rather not be there. The only reason I give 2 stars is because of the beautiful fish tank! Those are some happy fish.

Some of our dishes seemed bland. The Pad See Eu (sp?) was really good though.

Well, well, well. What do we have here. First off this is a rodeo town. I really can't see locals or travelers alike appreciating the college girls dressed up in 1980's costumes or taking it seriously. Please give them a modern restaurant professional outfit. Everyone is thinking it. Decorate the restaurant in gold, not the workers. How clean the place is will be decided by yourself, but I was skeptical. & Finally - The two Star review reflects the 2 star food I got. I am not just talking about the heat of the dish, which is what I ordered. The peanut sauce was straight water consistency, which is strange. Drowned chicken and vegetables in peanut water sauce. The Thai tea was delicious though, it was suppose to be like water (so I guess that makes sense) Best wishes, I love Thai food but not Sugar Thai.

This place has some of the best Thai food I have ever eaten. The servers are very friendly and food comes out hot with fresh and tasty ingredients. I highly recommend the summer seafood if you are a seafood fan.

the food was good, but the Caucasian wait staff had to dress up in Thai clothes, which was kinda weird.

Just moved to Ellensburg. I eat Thai all over the United States and this Thai is amazing. You will not be disappointed. Don’t expect dash service. Just relax and enjoy a great meal.

Thai food here is decent but not GREAT will come back because it's the only thai place in town still loved my meals tho!

First time here. Dropped by on our way to Seattle. The food was good. Atmosphere was nice. Service was a little slow. We ordered padthai, crystal noodles and beef soup. I had the padthai and it was good. A little on the sweet side and too much sauce. The noodles were broken so using chopsticks was tough. Service was a little slow.

always good food. great place to eat if you're vegan or gluten free since there's tons of options. i love their tom kha and yellow curry. :-)

Got into town after a long drive with a car full of hungry people. Found Sugar Thai easily on the map and with the map. Getting seated took longer that it should have but they only had two servers. Time to get order was perfect. Food temperature, spice, and taste was as ordered and awesome. I really feel sorry however that the girls had to wear the Thai costumes. It only helped to give the place a small town feel. Overall we were very pleased.

The little redhead girl with the septum piercing was SO sweet and there was a huge lunch rush that came in which she handled like a champ!! The yellow curry and tom ka is phenomenal ;)

The food is tasty, and it's a nice. Cozy establishment. That being said, I found the service to be somewhat lacking. The waitress serving us was nice, professional, and friendly. But it took a disappointing amount of time for food to come out, and even simple things like refills on water were slow.

This restaurant had good food and was very accommodating. I couldn't find anything I liked on the menu so I made my own meal based on what I like. There 5 stars is actually spicy unlike many places I have gone. They were a bit expensive for what I am used to. $30 for an appetizer and entree. Still good food and a great experience.

BEST Restaurant in Ellensburg! I have finally found great thai food, this is hands down the best thai food we have ever had. Great service and fresh food. We will be coming back!!!

Pretty terrible food and service.

Good food, need more than 1 server!

I've been here a few times now and the food is delicious. The service is good, but food tends to come out at different times. I think that's totally fine personally, as I'd rather wait a few extra minutes for my food than let my company's food get cold.The Lemongrass chicken is amazing, and they have fantastic fried rice. I also love their appetizers and if you haven't had the Thai coffee or tea, I highly recommend it.I think the decor is very fun, and they have a great fish tank that I enjoy siting by. However, they haven't dusted the place down in a very long time, and they have a really bad fly problem that needs to be addressed. The food is so good but the flies trying to land in it are a huge problem for me. If it was just once, I wouldn't think anything of it, but every time I've been in, there have been tons of flies, even though it's still very cold out.

We used to love this place, but for a few months the restaurant has smelled like sewer and we have gotten sick both times. I’m not sure if they’re having issues with the water, but we will not be eating here again sadly. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

Food is excellent! Customer service is great. I eat here often. The portions are reasonable and the price is fair. If you like Thai food I would try this place definently.

Hit or miss. The first time I ate here the food was fantastic. My spouse returned with friends and her fried rice was a actually a frozen in the middle while some of her chicken was raw. Service was friendly and atmosphere is nice. Second time a friend took me here and my food was really bland.

Absolutely delicious food each and every time I visit! I really like the decor inside and the staff is full of total pros.

The only thing I liked about this place was the price. Other then that my red curry was watered down and only had bamboo shoots. Almost nothing else at all. The beef was literally thr worst beef I've had st any restaurant. And I asked for 5 out of 5 spice and it tasted like maybe they threw some pepper in there. I wont be going back here again and i recommend you dont either.

This place was horrible from start to early finish. Walked in, was yelled at from across the restaurant if we wanted a table or booth, then had to find our waitress as she never met us at the door, just placed menus at a booth closest to her. Booth and table were dirty, found a long black human hair in my drink, then when we got up to leave we were again yelled at from across the restaurant that we had to pay for the drinks. Waitress never asked what was wrong and failed to even apologize after informing her that I FOUND HER HAIR IN MY DRINK.

Great food. Not as hot as I expected. If you normally order 3⭐s then here it's safe to order 4-5⭐

The food is good but the service is iffy. Of the last 3 times I've been the order of rice that someone in the party had ordered was completely forgotten twice. One time our order was taken and we recieved nothing (no water, no food... nothing) for over 30 minutes.

The food was delicious but keep in mind dinner orders of curry do not include rice. The chicken kabobs were generous, and the peanut sauce was divine. I tried the mango sticky rice and was moved to tears. One of the best thai restaurants I've ever eaten at. Top 3 for sure.

I wasted my time stopping here after a long drive. The staff were unwelcoming, and didn't really seem to care about anything, didn't ask for drinks. Found something foreign in the food, they didn't even apologize after I pointed this out. They instead made me feel awkward and asked "Do you want to order something else?" As if the I ordered the wrong dish. Funny how they only apologized after giving me the check for the drink I ordered.

Amazing Pad Thai.

Usually I love this place and their food is out standing. I ordered food from there today and some of it is flavorless, and the Phad Thai was kind of dry. Th sring roll were excellent, however.
